How to check the Oracle Database Version

REP-0118 unable to create temp file while opening Report Builder

Causes: temp file directory is missing or path is incorrect in the reports_tmp registry.

regedit (start à run  à regedit)

go to hkey_local_machine  à software à WOW6432Node à oracle à KEY_DevSuiteHome1  à reports_tmp

change the directory path
